%X 自第十九次全国代表大会之后，我国社会主要矛盾已经变化为人民日益增长的美好生活的需要与不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾。在已实现全面小康，继而要推动实现全体人民共同富裕的背景下，社会福利要充分发挥其积极作用，满足人民日益增长的社会福利需求。区域经济发展与社会福利之间存在一定的联系，社会福利的增进对区域经济协同发展具有重要的作用与影响。以西藏自治区为例，以耦合协调分析法对其社会福利与经济增长测算研究，探究西藏自治区社会福利与区域经济增长之间耦合性联系，对促进该地区经济发展、提升社会福利水平具有一定的参考意义。
After the 19th National Congress, the main contradiction in our society has shifted to the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development. Against the backdrop of achieving comprehensive moderate prosperity and then promoting the common prosperity of all people, social welfare should play its positive role to the fullest, meeting the people’s growing needs for social welfare. There is a certain connection between regional economic development and social welfare, and the enhancement of social welfare has an important role and impact on the coordinated development of regional economies. Taking the Xizang Autonomous Region as an example, this study uses the coupling coordination analysis method to measure and research the social welfare and economic growth, exploring the coupling relationship between social welfare and regional economic growth in the Xizang Autonomous Region, which has a certain reference significance for promoting economic development and improving the level of social welfare in the area.
