%X 目前新能源弃电消纳的问题突出,风电制氢是解决该问题的重要技术手段,但仍存在运行不稳定等问题,未解决相关控制层面问题。本文提出一种基于气象实时数据的风电制氢控制方法,通过气象数据分析预测风电制氢各种工况并对制氢系统、储能系统和发电侧进行系统调控,提高制氢效率至50%以上,降低制氢成本至1.5元/Nm3以下,并且提高制氢系统的安全性和稳定性。
At present, the problem of new energy abandonment and consumption is prominent, wind power hydrogen production is an important technical means to solve the problem, but there are still problems such as unstable operation. In order to solve the related control level problems, this paper proposes a wind power hydrogen production control method and system based on real-time meteorological data, which analyzes meteorological data to predict various working conditions of wind power hydrogen production and carries out systematic regulation and control of the hydrogen production system, energy storage system, and power generation side, to improve the hydrogen production efficiency to more than 50%, to reduce the cost of hydrogen production to less than 1.5 CNY/Nm3, and to improve the safety and stability of the hydrogen production system.
