%X 近十年来&#65292;结直肠癌的辅助化疗已成为临床治疗的既定组成部分&#65292;化疗杀伤肿瘤细胞效果显著&#65292;但它也会对周围正常组织细胞造成损害&#65292;带来许多副作用&#65292;其中最常见的就是胃肠道消化功能障碍。国内医家在应用中医药防治结直肠癌放化疗后胃肠道不良反应方面做了大量工作&#65292;并取得了一定的疗效和进展。现就结直肠癌化疗后胃肠道不良反应的中医药治疗进展综述如下。<br>In recent ten years, adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer has become an established part of clinical treatment, chemotherapy to kill tumor cells significantly, but it will also cause damage to the surrounding normal tissue cells, bringing many side effects, the most common is gastrointestinal digestive dysfunction. Domestic doctors have done a lot of work in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of colorectal cancer, and have achieved certain curative effect and progress. The progress of TCM treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer is summarized as follows.
