%X “脾胃内伤，百病由生”是《脾胃论》的核心观点，脾胃为后天之本，气血生化之源，脏腑之本，任何因素导致脾胃损伤，脾胃功能失调，失于健运，病由此生，脾胃被伤，为疾病发生的基础。肠息肉病位在肠腑，脾胃与肠生理病理关系密切，其发病不离于脾胃内伤。文章则从“脾胃内伤，百病由生”观点出发，阐述肠息肉发病机制，强调顾护补益脾胃在肠息肉治疗中的重要性。
The theory of “the internal injury of spleen and stomach causing diseases” is the core view of “Spleen and Stomach Theory”. Spleen and stomach is the acquired foundation, the source of Qi and blood biochemistry and the foundation of viscera. Any factor leading to spleen and stomach injury and spleen and stomach dysfunction which results in diseases and spleen and stomach injury, is the basis of the occurrence of the disease. Intestinal polyposis is located in intestinal viscera, spleen and stomach is closely related to intestinal physiology and pathology, and its pathogenesis is related to internal injury of spleen and stomach. From the viewpoint of “the internal injury of spleen and stomach causing diseases”, the article expounds the pathogenesis of intestinal polyps and emphasizes the importance of protecting and tonifying spleen and stomach in the treatment of intestinal polyps.
