%X 我国人口结构的变化推动了宠物经济在中国持续升温,“宠粮月付”作为宠物行业的一种创新商业模式应运而生。该模式打破了传统宠物售卖模式的界限,将资源高效整合、多环节紧密连接,实现了盈利的多元化和可持续性,但同时也面临着处在发展不成熟时期的多重挑战。通过深入分析宠粮月付模式的运营机制特点、面临的问题并提出相应的对策,以期充分挖掘“宠粮月付”模式的发展潜能,推动其健康和可持续性发展,为宠物行业的商业模式创新提供理论支持。
The shifting demographic landscape in China has catalyzed the persistent expansion of the pet economy. In response to this trend, the “monthly pet food payment” model has emerged as a novel business framework within the pet industry. This innovative model transcends the conventional confines of pet sales by efficiently consolidating resources and fostering seamless integration across multiple operational segments, thereby achieving diversification and sustainability in profitability. Yet, it also confronts numerous challenges associated with its early stage of development. Through a comprehensive analysis of the operational mechanisms, distinctive features, and challenges confronting the monthly pet food payment model, this study endeavors to fully harness the development potential of this model, fostering its healthy and sustainable growth, and furnishing theoretical underpinnings for business model innovation in the pet industry.
