%X 终末期心力衰竭是难治性心血管危重疾病&#65292;尽管有许多新药物及新技术的出现并应用于临床&#65292;但终末期心力衰竭依然具有较高的死亡风险。除药物治疗外&#65292;越来越多的证据表明左心辅助装置是终末期心力衰竭患者的重要治疗手段。但左心辅助装置后右心衰竭仍是一大挑战&#65292;左心辅助装置手术成功与否&#65292;右心室功能是关键之一&#65292;本文主要根据近几年的文献报道&#65292;归纳整理了左心辅助装置后右心衰竭的研究进展。<br>End-stage heart failure is a critical cardiovascular disease that is difficult to treat. Although many new drugs and technologies have been developed and applied to clinical practice, end-stage heart failure has a high risk of death. In addition to medication, there is growing evidence that left heart assistive devices are an important treatment for patients with end-stage heart failure. However, right heart failure after left heart assist device is still a big challenge, and right ventricular function is one of the key factors for the success of left heart assist device operation. This paper summarized the research progress of right heart failure after left heart assist device based on recent literature.
