%X 随着经济和生活节奏的加快,学生面临的压力也日益增多,心理健康问题日益显著。现阶段学生心理健康教育在实施的过程中存在着诸多困境,如传统教育模式的局限性、教育资源分配不均、家长心理健康教育意识淡薄和心理健康教育服务体系不完善等。这些问题的存在势必会影响学生的身心健康发展,阻碍教育质量的提升;本文将阐述心理健康教育的重要性,深入分析实施心理健康教育的困境,并提出破解困境的优化路径,旨在为学生的心理健康教育提供支持,促进学生的全面发展。
With the acceleration of the economy and the pace of life, students are facing more and more pressure, and mental health problems are increasingly becoming unnoticeable. At this stage, there are many dilemmas in the implementation of students’ mental health education, such as the limitations of the traditional education model, the uneven distribution of educational resources, parents’ low awareness of mental health education and the imperfections of the mental health education service system, etc. These problems will inevitably affect the physical and mental health development of students and hinder the improvement of the quality of education.
