Measurement of the Development Level of Digital Agriculture in Western China and Diagnosis of Obstacle Factors %A 黄浩洋 %A 黄红蓉 %A 张博文 %J Hans Journal of Agricultural Sciences %P 1405-1413 %@ 2164-5523 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/hjas.2024.1412177 %X 数字农业建设是实现农业现代化、推进乡村振兴的重要抓手,同时积极响应西部大开发战略,缩小东西部发展差异,推动区域协调发展是应有之义。采用熵权法及障碍度模型,构建了数字农业发展指标评价体系,对西部地区数字农业发展水平及障碍因子进行研究,明晰数字农业发展重点。研究发现,西部地区数字农业正在稳步推进中,但是具有区域异质性,各个省份之间的数字农业发展水平存在差异。数字农业发展环境和数字农业产出水平是影响其发展水平的关键障碍因素。
The construction of digital agriculture is an important lever for achieving agricultural modernization and promoting rural revitalization. At the same time, it actively responds to the Western Development Strategy, narrows the development gap between the east and the west, and promotes regional coordinated development. A digital agriculture development index evaluation system was constructed using entropy weight method and obstacle degree model, and the development level and obstacle factors of digital agriculture in the western region were studied to clarify the key points of digital agriculture development. Research has found that digital agriculture is steadily advancing in the western region, but with regional heterogeneity and differences in development between provinces. The key obstacles to the development of digital agriculture are the innovative development environment and the level of application output. %K 数字农业, %K 水平测度, %K 障碍度模型
