Practice Research on Sustainable Development of Rural Endogenous Elderly Groups’ Elderly Care from the Perspective of Welfare Governance Community %A 袁云丽 %J Aging Research %P 2483-2489 %@ 2334-3524 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ar.2024.116362 %X 本研究聚焦于中国农村老龄化问题，探讨了福利治理共同体视角下农村内生老年群体养老可持续发展的实践策略。研究发现，农村老年人口比例高，面临经济支持不足、医疗资源稀缺等问题，福利治理共同体理论提供了一个多元主体参与、资源共享、责任共担的治理模式，强调政府、市场、社会组织和个人在养老服务中的协同作用。研究指出，通过增强农村社区自我服务能力、创新养老资金筹集机制，并推动农村养老与福利治理共同体的融合，可以有效促进农村养老的可持续发展。国家和地方政府的政策支持对推动农村养老服务体系的完善至关重要。研究建议，未来应构建多层次、多元化的农村养老体系，利用大数据分析技术进行精确评估，并借鉴国际成功经验，结合本土实际，探索适合中国农村的养老模式。
This study focuses on the problem of aging in rural China and discusses the practical strategies for sustainable development of rural endogenous elderly groups’ elderly care from the perspective of welfare governance community. The research finds that the rural elderly population has a high proportion and faces problems such as insufficient economic support and scarce medical resources. The welfare governance community theory provides a governance model featuring multi-subject participation, resource sharing and responsibility sharing and emphasizes the synergistic effect of government, market, social organizations and individuals in elderly care services. The research points out that the sustainable development of rural elderly care can be effectively promoted by enhancing the self-service ability of rural communities, innovating the fundraising mechanism for elderly care, and promoting the integration of rural elderly care and welfare governance community. The policy support of the national and local governments is crucial to promoting the improvement of the rural elderly service system. The study suggests that a multi-level and diversified rural pension system should be built in the future, big data analysis technology should be used for accurate evaluation and an elderly care model suitable for China’s rural areas should be explored by learning from international successful experience and combining with local reality. %K 福利治理共同体， %K 农村老龄化， %K 农村养老
