%X 作为根管治疗术中不可或缺的材料之一&#65292;根管封闭剂的性能以及临床使用对于口腔医生具有极其重要的指导作用。近年来&#65292;由于口腔技术以及口腔材料学的发展&#65292;根管封闭剂也不断更新换代&#65292;对于根管封闭剂的研究也不断加深&#65292;所以&#65292;本文就近年来对于临床常见的根管封闭剂的根管封闭性、生物安全性、组织相容性、抗菌性以及理化特性等内容进行阐述。<br>As one of the indispensable materials in root canal treatment, the performance of root canal sealers and its clinical use have an important guiding role for dental doctors. In recent years, due to the development of oral technology and oral materials, root canal sealers are also updated. The study of root canal sealers is developing, so, this paper, in recent years, elaborates on the content of the common clinical root canal sealers&#8217; root canal closure, biosafety, tissue compatibility, antibacterial and physical and chemical characteristics, etc.
