%X 本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法&#65292;对篮球运动员心理素质现状、影响篮球运动员罚篮命中率的客观心理因素、影响篮球运动员罚篮命中率的主观心理因素进行相关分析研究&#65292;进而提出相应的建议&#65292;有利于促进篮球运动员罚篮时的心理稳定性&#65292;提高篮球运动员在赛场的罚篮命中率以及运动表现。<br>This study uses literature review, questionnaire survey, logical analysis, and mathematical statistics to conduct relevant analysis and research on the current psychological quality of basketball players, objective psychological factors affecting their free throw shooting rate, and subjective psychological factors affecting their free throw shooting rate. Corresponding suggestions are then proposed to promote the psychological stability of basketball players during free throws, improve their free throw shooting rate and sports performance on the court.
