%X 回顾分析血液科首例真性红细胞增多症患者实施血细胞单采过程&#65292;出现迷走神经反射罕见并发症&#65292;通过积极抢救&#65292;多科会诊后生命体征平稳&#65292;顺利完成单采治疗&#65292;为今后此类疾病实施血细胞单采术积累了护理经验。通过制定提前干预措施&#65292;以减少此类并发症的发生&#65292;提高治疗效果&#65292;改善患者结局。<br>A retrospective analysis was conducted on the first case of polycythemia vera in the hematology department, where a rare complication of vagus nerve reflex occurred during the process of blood cell collection. Through active rescue and multidisciplinary consultation, the patient&#8217;s vital signs remained stable, and the blood cell collection treatment was successfully completed, accumulating nursing experience for the implementation of blood cell collection surgery for such diseases in the future. By developing early intervention measures to reduce the occurrence of such complications, improve treatment outcomes, and enhance patient outcomes.
