%X 混凝土电脱模技术基于混凝土中水泥胶体粒子和自由水的电渗、电解原理,通过在新浇筑的混凝土中插入导体,与金属模板之间形成电场,促使混凝土中的水分子迁移,形成一层水汽润滑隔离层,从而降低混凝土与模板之间的粘结力,实现易于脱模的效果。该技术具有经济高效、环保、提高工程质量等显著优势,并广泛应用于水利工程、筒体结构工程、桥梁工程、隧道工程及建筑工程等领域。工程应用表明,电脱模技术在多个工程项目中取得了显著成效,不仅提高了施工效率和工程质量,还具有显著的经济效益和环境效益,是未来建筑施工技术发展的重要方向。
Based on the principle of electroosmosis and electrolysis of cement colloidal particles and free water in concrete, the electric field is formed between the newly poured concrete and the metal formwork by inserting a conductor into the newly poured concrete, which promotes the migration of water molecules in the concrete and forms a layer of water vapor lubrication isolation layer, thereby reducing the bonding force between the concrete and the formwork and achieving the effect of easy demoulding. The technology has significant advantages of economic efficiency, environmental protection and improving project quality, and is widely used in water conservancy engineering, barrel structure engineering, bridge engineering, tunnel engineering and construction engineering. Specific cases show that electric stripping technology has achieved remarkable results in a number of engineering projects, not only improving the construction efficiency and project quality, but also having significant economic and environmental benefits, which is an important direction for the future development of building construction technology.
