%X 溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因不明的慢性特发性炎症性肠病&#65292;因其发病机制不明确&#65292;病程长&#65292;易复发&#65292;被列为世界难治疾病。芍药汤现广泛用于治疗本病&#65292;本文从病因病机、药物成分、治疗机制及临床运用等方面对芍药汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究现状进行综述。<br>Ulcerative colitis is a chronic, idiopathic inflammatory bowel disease of unknown etiology, which is listed as a refractory disease in the world because of its unclear pathogenesis, long course and easy recurrence. Shaoyao decoction is now widely used to treat this disease. In this paper, we review the current status of research on the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Shaoyao decoction in terms of etiology, drug composition, therapeutic mechanism and clinical application.
