%X 冠心病慢性冠脉综合征(CCS)是以慢性冠状动脉狭窄为主要病理特征的心血管疾病&#65292;常引起严重的心律失常、心肌缺血、心力衰竭及猝死。随着对其认识的不断深入&#65292;有关CCS诊治方案的选择已逐渐成为中西医结合研究领域关注的焦点。文章综述近年来CCS中西医结合治疗方案及疗效观察方面的最新进展&#65292;以期为CCS诊治提供新思路&#65292;促进中西医结合治疗CCS的发展。<br>Chronic coronary syndrome (CCS) is a cardiovascular disease characterized by chronic coronary artery stenosis, which often causes severe arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia, heart failure and sudden death. With the deepening of the understanding of CCS, the selection of diagnosis and treatment of CCS has gradually become the focus of attention in the field of integrated Chinese and Western medicine. This article reviews the latest progress in the treatment plan and curative effect observation of CCS in recent years, in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of CCS and promote the development of CCS in the treatment of TCM and Western medicine.
