%X 随着全球及中国老年人口数量的显著增加，老龄化已成为不可逆转的社会趋势，积极老龄化理念及政策导向应运而生。老年人社区参与作为积极老龄化的重要组成部分，对于推动积极老龄化的实现、应对人口老龄化的挑战及满足老年人多层次的需求具有重要意义。然而，当前老年人社区参与面临参与意识及能力薄弱、参与内容及形式单一、宣传方式缺乏适老性、社会力量参与不充分等困境。为促进老年人社区参与，本文提出提升老年人参与意识及能力、丰富参与内容及形式、优化宣传方式及强化社会力量参与等路径，旨在实现积极老龄化的目标，应对人口老龄化的挑战，满足老年人多元化的需求，构建全龄友好型社区。
With the significant increase in the number of older persons globally and in China, aging has become an irreversible social trend, and the concept of active aging and policy orientation have emerged. As an important part of active aging, community participation of the elderly is of great significance in promoting the realization of active aging, meeting the challenges of population aging, and satisfying the multi-level needs of the elderly. However, at present, community participation for the elderly faces difficulties, such as weak awareness and ability to participate, single content and form of participation, lack of age-appropriate publicity methods, and insufficient participation of social forces. In order to promote the community participation of the elderly, this paper proposes the paths of enhancing the awareness and ability of the elderly to participate, enriching the content and form of participation, optimizing the publicity method, and strengthening the participation of social forces, with the aim of realizing the goal of positive aging, responding to the challenges of demographic aging, meeting the diversified needs of the elderly, and constructing an all-age-friendly community.
