%X 2023年7月以来我国乃至全球迎来了肺炎支原体肺炎的流行高峰&#65292;给儿童健康、家庭及社会均带来了沉重的负担&#65292;鉴于儿童肺炎支原体肺炎发病率不断升高且重症增加&#65292;本文就儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊疗指南(2023版)及相关研究&#65292;综述肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗进展。<br>Since July 2023, China and even the whole world have ushered in the epidemic peak of <i>Mycoplasma </i><i>pneumoniae</i> pneumonia, which has brought a heavy burden to children&#8217;s health, family and society. In view of the increasing incidence and severity of <i>Mycoplasma </i><i>pneumoniae</i> pneumonia in children, this article reviews the progress in the treatment of <i>Mycoplasma </i><i>pneumoniae</i> pneumonia in children based on the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of <i>Mycoplasma </i><i>pneumoniae</i> pneumonia (2023 edition) and related research.
