%X 目前&#65292;酒精已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的物品&#65292;随着酒精消费量的增加&#65292;相关的问题也逐渐增多。目前&#65292;酒精使用障碍的治疗方法主要是药物治疗&#65292;但单一药物治疗效果不佳&#65292;因此本文就酒精在人体内的代谢途径、酒精依赖的成瘾机制以及AUD的非药物治疗进行综述&#65292;希望能为AUD的临床治疗提供思路。<br>At present, alcohol has become an indispensable item in people&#8217;s lives, and with the increase of alcohol consumption, the related problems are gradually increasing. At present, the treatment methods for alcohol use disorders are mainly drug treatment, but the single drug treatment is not effective, and only when combined with psychological therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and other physical therapy, it is more effective. This paper reviews the metabolic pathway of alcohol in human body, the addiction mechanism of alcohol dependence and the non-drug treatment of AUD, hoping to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of AUD.
