%X 脑卒中作为现如今多发的一种神经系统疾病&#65292;吞咽障碍是其较典型的后遗症之一。针灸疗法在临床中应用广泛且作用显著&#65292;脑卒中后吞咽障碍已是针灸治疗的适宜病症。文章主要从头针、项针、舌针等单种针灸疗法&#65292;火针、芒针等特色针法以及头项针、针灸、针仪等联合疗法3个方面进行综述&#65292;并为卒中后吞咽障碍的临床治疗与研究提供新的方向。<br>Stroke, as a prevalent neurological disease in today&#8217;s society, often leaves swallowing disorders as one of its typical sequelae. Acupuncture therapy is widely used in clinical practice and has shown significant effects, making it a suitable treatment for post-stroke swallowing disorders. This article mainly reviews three aspects of acupuncture treatment: single acupuncture therapies such as scalp acupuncture, nape acupuncture, and tongue acupuncture; special acupuncture techniques such as fire needle therapy and long needle therapy; and combined therapies such as scalp and nape acupuncture, acupuncture and moxibustion, and acupuncture with instrumental assistance. Additionally, the article provides new directions for clinical treatment and research on post-stroke swallowing disorders.
