The syndromes of psoriasis vulgaris can be summarized into three types, namely, the syndrome of blood stasis, the syndrome of blood heat, and the syndrome of blood dryness. Among them, the syndrome of blood stasis has a long course and is difficult to treat and recover. “Yang transforming qi and yin forming” comes from Huangdi Neijing, which summarizes the basic rules of the movement of yin and yang. Based on this, we believe that the occurrence of skin diseases is fundamentally due to systemic abnormalities of yin and yang, and therefore can be manifested in local lesions and manifested on the skin. Hypoxia loses its warmth, and hypoxia does not have the right to regulate blood flow, which leads to weak blood flow and poor maintenance, which in turn leads to hypoxia forming abnormalities, including damage to the internal organs, the production of fine substances, and the accumulation and retention of tangible pathological products such as phlegm drinking and bruising. The epigram should be centered on a warm-and-positive method: rejuvenating the body and providing fuel for blood circulation; improving the internal environment of hypoxia and fertility; eliminating the evils such as spleen, dampness and bruising, and clear the passage of air and blood. “Yang transforming qi, yin forming” to guide the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris syndrome of blood stasis is helpful to broaden the treatment ideas.
