%X 青少年校园霸凌作为一种严重的社会问题&#65292;不仅对受害者的身心健康造成极大伤害&#65292;还对校园环境和社会稳定产生负面影响。本文通过分析青少年校园霸凌的现状、典型案例、深层次原因、当下现存问题剖析及有效应对策略&#65292;旨在揭示其复杂性和危害性。研究表明&#65292;家庭教育的缺失、学校管理的不足以及社会文化的负面影响是导致校园霸凌的重要因素。为减少校园霸凌现象&#65292;学校、家庭和社会需共同努力&#65292;采取综合性防范和干预措施。只有这样&#65292;才能为青少年创造一个安全、和谐的成长环境。<br>As a serious social issue, teenage bullying in schools not only inflicts significant harm on the physical and mental health of the victims but also negatively affects the school environment and societal stability. This paper analyzes the current situation, typical cases, underlying reasons, existing problems, and effective coping strategies of teenage bullying in schools, aiming to reveal its complexity and harmfulness. Research indicates that the absence of family education, deficiencies in school management, and the negative impact of societal culture are significant factors contributing to school bullying. To mitigate the phenomenon of school bullying, schools, families, and society must collaborate to implement comprehensive prevention and intervention measures. Only in this way can we create a safe and harmonious environment for teenagers to grow up in.
