%X 随着奥林匹克赛事的全球影响力日益增强&#65292;非商业目的使用奥林匹克知识产权的行为也日益增多&#65292;引发了一系列法律问题。本文旨在分析非商业目的使用奥林匹克知识产权的行为表现、侵犯行为类型、规制困境&#65292;并提出相应的法律规制建议。通过明确非商业目的使用的标准、界定侵犯行为的类型、分析规制实践中的困境&#65292;本文提出了完善立法、加强普法宣传、建立权利救济机制等建议&#65292;以期为奥林匹克知识产权提供更为有效的法律保护。<br>With the growing global influence of Olympic events, the use of Olympic IP for non-commercial purposes has also increased, raising a series of legal issues. The purpose of this article is to analyze the performance of the use of Olympic intellectual property for non-commercial purposes, the types of infringements, and the regulatory dilemma, and put forward corresponding legal regulatory suggestions. By clarifying the criteria for the use of non-commercial purposes, defining the types of infringements, and analyzing the dilemmas in regulatory practice, this paper puts forward suggestions such as improving legislation, strengthening legal popularization, and establishing a rights remedy mechanism, in order to provide more effective legal protection for Olympic intellectual property rights.
