%X 随着互联网技术的迅猛发展与广泛渗透&#65292;未成年人在网络世界的活动愈发频繁且深入&#65292;这不可避免地凸显了未成年人网络隐私权保护的重要性与紧迫性。本文聚焦于未成年人网络隐私权的独特构成与特性&#65292;深入剖析了当前中国在此领域面临的核心法律挑战&#65292;包括法律体系不完善、监管机制薄弱、技术防护滞后&#65292;还有家长及监护人责任界定不明&#65292;执行效果参差不齐。本文在最后提出了旨在加强未成年人网络隐私权保护的策略建议&#65292;为我国相关立法工作与实践操作提供有益的参考与指导&#65292;期待有效提升未成年人在网络空间中的隐私权保护水平&#65292;促进其健康成长与全面发展。<br>With the rapid development and extensive penetration of Internet technology, minors&#8217; activities in the online world have become more frequent and in-depth, which inevitably highlights the importance and urgency of the protection of minors&#8217; online privacy rights. This paper focuses on the unique composition and characteristics of minors&#8217; online privacy rights, and deeply analyzes the core legal challenges facing China in this field, including imperfect legal system, weak supervision mechanism, lagging technical protection, unclear definition of responsibility of parents and guardians, and uneven implementation effect. At the end, this paper puts forward strategic suggestions to strengthen the protection of minors&#8217; online privacy, which provide useful reference and guidance for relevant legislation and practical operation in China, and hope to effectively improve the protection level of minors&#8217; privacy in cyberspace and promote their healthy growth and all-round development.
