%X 本文从社会性别视角分析了《反家庭暴力法》的必要性及政策完善。研究表明，性别角色的刻板印象和性别不平等是家暴发生的重要背景，全球约35%的女性经历过身体或性暴力，反映出性别差异。《反家庭暴力法》的实施是中国法律体系的进步，但仍面临公众意识不足、法律知识普及不够和执法力度不均等挑战。本文建议加强法律宣传、提升执法力度，并从改变性别角色刻板印象入手预防家暴。法律的长远影响体现在提高公众对家暴问题的认识、推动性别平等观念的传播，以及重塑社会性别角色。未来政策完善的方向应聚焦于深入实施《反家庭暴力法》、融合社会性别视角、引入性别平等教育和家庭暴力预防课程，以及构建高效的法律执行和监督体系。
This paper analyzes the necessity and policy improvement of “Anti-Domestic Violence Law” from the perspective of social gender. Research shows that gender role stereotypes and gender inequality are important contexts for the occurrence of domestic violence, and about 35% of women globally have experienced physical or sexual violence, reflecting gender differences. The implementation of the “Anti-Domestic Violence Law” is a step forward for China’s legal system, but it still faces challenges from a lack of public awareness, widespread legal knowledge and unequal enforcement. This paper suggests strengthening legal publicity, improving law enforcement, and starting from changing gender role stereotypes to prevent domestic violence. The long-term impact of the law is reflected in raising public awareness of domestic violence, promoting gender equality, and reshaping gender roles in society. The direction of policy improvement in the future should focus on the in-depth implementation of the “Anti-Domestic Violence Law”, the integration of gender perspectives, the introduction of gender equality education and domestic violence prevention courses, and the construction of an efficient law enforcement and supervision system.
