%X 肾性骨病是慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease, CKD)的常见并发症&#65292;发病概率会随着慢性肾脏病的进展而增加发病几率&#65292;发展到慢性肾脏病终末期尿毒症时发病概率近乎100%。近年来血液净化透析技术越来越成熟&#65292;使得患者生存期延长&#65292;慢性肾脏病患者合并肾性骨病的可能性越来越高&#65292;值得临床医护及患者共同提高关注度&#65292;早一步发现就能早一步控制&#65292;能尽可能及时和有效地控制病情进展。<br>Renal bone disease is a common complication of chronic kidney disease (CKD), and the incidence rate will increase with the progression of CKD, and the incidence rate will be nearly 100% when it develops to end-stage uremia of CKD. In recent years, the technology of blood purification and dialysis has become more and more mature, prolonging the survival of patients, and increasing the possibility of chronic kidney disease patients with renal bone disease, which is worthy of clinical care and patients to pay more attention to, early detection can be controlled as early as possible, and the progress of the disease can be controlled as timely and effectively as possible.
