%X 玄府理论最早出自《黄帝内经》，后经刘完素等医家发展，到现在已形成了一套完整的理论体系，属于中医藏象理论体系之一，目前已经广泛应用于内科、外科、皮肤科、眼科等多个领域。一方面“玄府”作为皮肤的重要结构，是外邪侵袭肌体的入口，当正邪交争于玄府，导致玄府闭塞，则影响皮肤屏障功能，从而导致皮肤感觉和功能异常；另一方面，“玄府”作为气血津液升降出入的基础结构，是人体气血津液流通于体表肌肤的重要通道，人体内在的气血脏腑阴阳所导致的病理产物失调亦会通过玄府表现于皮肤。本文从玄府的结构和功能特点出发，结合现代理论的认识，探讨玄府理论在皮肤疾病中的研究进展。
The Xuanfu theory first came from the Huang Di Nei Jing, then developed by Liu Wansu and other medical doctors, and has now formed a complete theoretical system, belonging to one of the theory systems of Chinese medicine’s Tibetan image, which has been widely used in internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology and other fields. On the one hand, “Xuanfu” as an important structure of the skin, is the entrance to the body for the invasion of external pathogens. When the positive and evils compete in Xuanfu, resulting in the occlusion of Xuanfu, the barrier function of the skin will be affected, which will lead to abnormal skin sensation and function; On the other hand, “Xuanfu” as the basic structure of Qi, blood and body fluid lifting and moving in and out, is the important channel for the circulation of Qi, blood and body fluid in the skin of the body surface, and the disorder of pathological products caused by the Yin and Yang of Qi, blood, organs and viscera in the body will also be manifested through Xuanfu in the skin. Therefore, this article starts from the structure and function characteristics of Xuanfu, combines the understanding of modern theories, and discusses the research progress of Xuanfu theory in skin diseases.
