Teaching Design and Exploration of Mental Health Education Curriculum in Primary and Secondary Schools %A 杨晋萍 %J Advances in Education %P 450-455 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2024.14122289 %X 心理健康教育课程是着眼于学生心理健康水平的提高、心理素质的优化和心理潜能的开发,以心理知识传授、心理品质培养和心理问题辅导为内容的一门课程。而心理健康教育课程教学设计是指在教师开展教学活动之前,教师需根据学生的身心发展特征、社会需求,遵循团体动力学原则,并结合课程的特性与目标,采用系统化的方法对教育活动中的各种要素进行深入分析和精心规划。为了优化心理健康教育课程的教学,本研究以提升心理健康教学设计专业性、系统性的角度,从设计理念、学情分析、教学活动、多媒体技术的使用、教学反思和心理学专业理论六个方面进行阐述。
Mental health education is a course that focuses on the improvement of students’ mental health, the optimisation of their mental qualities and the development of their mental potential, and takes the teaching of mental knowledge, the cultivation of mental qualities and the counselling of mental problems as its content. The teaching design of mental health education course refers to the process of analyzing and planning the many elements involved in the educational activities before the teachers of mental health education carry out the teaching activities according to the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development and social needs, based on the principle of group dynamics, and combining with the nature of the course and the requirements of the objectives, by applying the systematic method. In order to optimize the teaching of mental health education courses, this study takes the perspective of enhancing the professionalism and systematicity of mental health teaching design, and elaborates on six aspects: design concept, analysis of the learning situation, teaching activities, the use of multimedia technology, teaching reflection, and professional theories of psychology. %K 心理健康教育课程, %K 教学设计, %K 探索路径
