%X 人口结构少子老龄化是重庆市日益突出的社会问题&#65292;将会对未来地区经济发展、财政平衡、社会保障制度及教育医疗等行业造成冲击和负面影响。本文在现有政府公开数据和研究的基础上&#65292;整理了重庆市人口少子老龄化的现状及可能产生的影响&#65292;并在现有城市设施的基础上针对性地提出了发展&#8220;助老助幼&#8221;服务事业、降低育龄人口赡养抚养成本以及帮助全社会树立积极的年龄观和科学的婚育观等相关建议。<br>The problem of aging population with low birthrate has become increasingly serious in Chongqing, which will have negative impacts on economic development, financial balance, social security system and education, as well as medical care industry. On the basis of the existing government data and research, this paper sorts out the current situation and possible impacts of aging population with low birthrate in Chongqing, and puts forward relevant recommendations on the basis of existing urban facilities, such as the development of &#8220;helping the old and helping the young&#8221; services, the reduction of the cost of supporting and raising the population of childbearing age, and the establishment of a positive view of age and a scientific view of marriage and parenthood in the whole society.
