%X 便秘是腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation, LDH)患者在急性期及围术期常见并发症之一&#65292;其发生率高达70%~80%。这一症状不仅影响患者的康复进程&#65292;严重时还可能导致心脑血管病等严重并发症&#65292;对患者的生命安全造成威胁。中医护理技术已被证实是防治便秘的有效手段&#65292;其实用性在临床实践中得到了广泛认可。然而&#65292;由于在临床实践中缺乏科学化、规范化、精准化方案的指导&#65292;患者对中医护理技术的接受程度及其临床疗效表现出显著差异。旨在探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者便秘的机制&#65292;并对我国目前腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中医护理技术的现状进行综合归纳和分析&#65292;以期使其更好地运用到临床护理工作中。<br>Constipation is one of the common complications in the acute phase and perioperative period of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and its incidence is as high as 70%~80%. This symptom not only affects the rehabilitation process of patients, but also may lead to serious complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in severe cases, posing a threat to the life safety of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology has been proven to be an effective means to prevent and treat constipation, and its practicability has been widely recognized in clinical practice. However, due to the lack of scientific, standardized and precise guidance in clinical practice, patients&#8217; acceptance of TCM nursing technology and its clinical efficacy show significant differences. The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of constipation in patients with lumbar disc herniation, and to summarize and analyze the current situation of TCM nursing technology in patients with lumbar disc herniation in China, in order to make it better applied to clinical nursing work.
