This paper, based on Erikson’s theory of psychosocial development and the SWOT analysis method, explores the practical paths and strategies of family social work in juvenile sex education. The practical applications include scientifically categorized stage-specific interventions, parent guidance programs, and the integration of social work into family education to promote the healthy personality development of juveniles. The research indicates that family social work should not only focus on the physiological changes and emotional needs of juveniles but also on establishing a supportive growth environment. Through the collaborative efforts of families and social workers, the healthy development of juveniles can be better promoted, laying a solid foundation for their personality development. %K Family Social Work %K Erickson Personality Development Theory %K Juveniles Sex Education %U http://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?PaperID=138020
