Current Situation and Analysis of Physical Education in Zhiyuan Primary School in Shenqiu County, Zhoukou City %A 李永博 %A 丁奕晨 %J Advances in Physical Sciences %P 978-991 %@ 2334-3478 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/aps.2024.126141 %X 小学阶段是学校教育开展的奠基阶段，是建设体育强国不可或缺的一环。注重小学体育教育发展符合国家政策方向且有利于提高青少年身体素质以及增强学校对体育教育的重视，有利于小学体育教育发展。本文通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计方法对周口市沈丘县志远小学体育教育现状进行调查与分析，体育课教学开展情况、课外体育活动开展情况、课余体育训练开展情况、体育教育硬件设施情况、学生对学校体育教育的评价。结论如下：1) 女性体育教师人数比例较小；2) 体育教师所承担课时量高于国家规定要求；3) 早操、课间操、运动会以徒手项目为主；兴趣课学生参与人数占比较小；4) 课余体育训练每天训练1次，每周训练5次，每次1个小时，训练人数均在30人左右；5) 教具方面配备未完善。
The primary school stage is the foundation stage of school education and an indispensable part of building a sports power. Paying attention to the development of physical education in primary schools is in line with the direction of national policies and is conducive to improving the physical fitness of young people and enhancing the school’s attention to physical education, which is conducive to the development of physical education in primary schools. This paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of physical education in Zhiyuan Primary School in Shenqiu County, Zhoukou City through literature, questionnaire survey, interviews and mathematical statistics, including the development of physical education teaching, extracurricular sports activities, after-school sports training, physical education hardware facilities, and students’ evaluation of school physical education. The conclusions are as follows: 1) The proportion of female physical education teachers is small; 2) The amount of class hours undertaken by physical education teachers is higher than the requirements of national regulations; 3) Morning exercises, recess exercises, and sports meetings are mainly freehand events; The number of students participating in interest classes is relatively small; 4) After-school sports training is 1 time a day, 5 times a week, 1 hour each time, and the number of trainees is about 30; 5) The teaching aids are not perfect. %K 小学， %K 体育教育， %K 体育课
