These schools stand on different positions and use different philosophical thinking and social practice methods to jointly explore the true meaning of legal science. The rise of these schools reveals the fundamental problem that puzzles human beings for a long time: What is law? What is the real law? At the same time, these schools are constantly adapting to the changes in the social landscape of various regions, showing more and more characteristics. Behind the emergence and formal formation of the three major schools of law in the West, there are profound historical reasons. Exploring the historical reasons for its emergence, formation and development will help us to understand the theoretical viewpoints of the three major schools of law in the West more comprehensively and deeply.
