%X 随着互联网技术的飞速革新，共享经济逐渐成为全球经济的新引擎和关键支柱，引领着一场深刻的经济模式变革。然而，共享经济的平台化、灵活化特性正冲击传统劳动关系，使劳动者与平台间的法律关系复杂化，导致劳动者权益保障面临前所未有的挑战。本文深入剖析共享经济的特征及其所引发的劳动者权益保障的问题，并在此基础上，提出具有针对性和可行性的策略与建议，以期实现劳动者权益的全面、有效保护。
With the rapid innovation of Internet technology, the sharing economy has emerged as a new engine and key pillar of the global economy, leading a profound transformation in economic models. However, behind this wave of prosperity, the platform-based and flexible nature of the sharing economy is having a significant impact on traditional labor relations, making the legal relationship between workers and platforms complex and ambiguous, and posing unprecedented challenges to the protection of workers’ rights and interests. This article aims to deeply analyze the unique characteristics of the sharing economy and the current issues in the protection of workers’ rights and interests, and based on this, propose a series of practical countermeasures and suggestions to achieve comprehensive and effective protection of workers’ rights and interests.
