In order to deepen the reform of education and teaching, it is necessary to reasonably increase the difficulty, expand the depth and selectivity of the course, and truly turn the course into a “golden course” with depth, difficulty and challenge. Adopting hybrid teaching mode has become an important trend in the construction of “golden course” in public physical education class in colleges and universities. Research shows that the “online + offline” hybrid gold course of public physical education curriculum construction in higher vocational colleges is based on three construction goals: helping students develop good sports health awareness, shaping the brand of physical education curriculum with its own characteristics, and helping the reform of physical education teaching in higher education in the new era; By adopting a student-centered and goal-oriented approach, fully leveraging students’ subjective initiative, constructing a pre-class self-study resource library, implementing blended classroom teaching, promoting “online + offline” dual-track synchronization, conducting real-time post-class monitoring and evaluation, and dynamically understanding students’ learning situations, we can practice these four construction paths to ensure efficient classroom teaching. %K 高职院校, %K 公共体育, %K 混合式金课, %K 教学改革, %K 课程建设
