%X 随着我国经济的快速发展,房地产市场空前繁荣。房地产营销中心作为企业展示楼盘的场所,不仅是开发商接待顾客、洽谈业务的地方,同时又有宣传企业品牌的功能,承载了全新的设计需求和大量的行业诉求。特别是近年来,企业越来越重视对营销中心的设计,营销中心作为买卖双方之间的接口,随着经济环境和营销理念的发展,其设计也发生了变化。从强调房间的装饰和功能,逐渐转向强调服务、体验和个性。本文从中电建国誉府苑营销中心的实际情况出发,分析了营销中心的现状,将室内空间设计的方法与原则与营销中心室内空间的功能相结合,设计的重点不仅仅局限在传统化商业卖场空间上,应受到营销理念和形式的影响,运用多种表现形式来设计一个艺术与商业融合且满足商业活动需求的室内空间。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, the real estate market has become unprecedentedly prosperous. The real estate marketing center, as a venue for enterprises to showcase their properties, is not only a place for developers to receive customers and negotiate business, but also has the function of promoting the company’s brand, carrying new design needs and a large number of industry demands. Especially in recent years, enterprises have increasingly attached importance to the design of marketing centers. As an interface between buyers and sellers, the design of marketing centers has also undergone changes with the development of economic environment and marketing concepts. Gradually shift from emphasizing the decoration and functionality of rooms to emphasizing service, experience, and individuality. This article starts from the actual situation of the Zhongdian Jiangguo Yuyuan Marketing Center, analyzes the current situation of the marketing center, and combines the methods and principles of interior design with the indoor functions of the marketing center. The focus of the design is not limited to traditional commercial store spaces, but should be influenced by marketing concepts and forms. Multiple forms of expression should be used to design an indoor space that integrates art and commerce and meets the needs of commercial activities.
