%X 班杜拉的观察学习理论被广泛运用在教育领域,但在数学教育教学方面运用较少。本文结合目前初中数学教学中存在的问题和观察学习理论,分析观察学习理论的四个子过程在初中数学教学中的应用。研究认为,应从教师自身、数学课堂情境、练习题、学生学习动机等方面将班杜拉观察学习理论运用在初中数学教学中。
Bandura’s observational learning theory is widely used in the field of education, but less in mathematics education and teaching. This paper combines the existing problems in junior high school mathematics teaching and observational learning theory, and analyzes the application of the four sub-processes of observational learning theory in junior high school mathematics teaching. The study believes that Bandura’s observational learning theory should be applied in junior high school mathematics teaching from aspects, such as teachers themselves, mathematics classroom situations, practice questions, and students’ learning motivation.
