With the rapid development of Internet technology, the digital economy has become an essential part of the global economy. Emerging business models such as e-commerce, online payments, and social media marketing have flourished, greatly enriching consumer shopping and information acquisition channels. However, the virtuality and trans-regional characteristics of the online environment also pose unprecedented challenges to consumer rights protection. This paper aims to explore the legal issues facing consumer rights protection in the online environment, analyze the shortcomings of the existing legal framework, and propose corresponding recommendations for improvement to provide references for constructing a fairer, more transparent, and safer online consumption environment. %K 电子商务, %K 消费者权益, %K 法律保护
