The article introduces the significance of physical exercise for college students¡¯ mental health, and the analysis of the common problems of contemporary college students¡¯ mental health. The physical exercise enhances the level of college students¡¯ mental health, so that through physical exercise, college students solve common mental health problems in college students, enhance their mental toughness, and promote comprehensive healthy development.
