%X 寒地地区地高陵居&#65292;风寒冰冽&#65292;独特的环境气候、生活饮食习惯形成了以&#8220;寒&#8221;邪为主的病理因素&#65292;亦形成了极具特色的体质特点。这些因素与白癜风的致病、治疗息息相关。寒地白癜风的病因病机主要表现为&#65306;阳虚寒凝&#65307;肝郁气滞。治疗上立足于寒地地域特点&#65292;独特的体质&#65292;分期辩证&#65292;三因制宜&#65292;精准治疗&#65292;内外治法相结合&#65292;增强疗效。<br>Living in the high mountains in the cold region, the wind is cold and the ice is cold. The unique environmental climate, living and eating habits have formed the pathological factors dominated by &#8220;cold&#8221; evil, and also formed the very distinctive physical characteristics. These factors are closely related to the pathogenesis and treatment of vitiligo. The etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo in cold area are as follows: Yang deficiency cold coagulation; Qi stagnation of the liver. The treatment is based on the regional characteristics of the cold region, unique physique, stage dialectic, three factors, precise treatment, and the combination of internal and external treatment to enhance the curative effect.
