Research Situation and Visual Analysis of TCM Anti-Aging Based on CiteSpace %A 温青 %A 蔡兴睿 %A 段渠 %J Traditional Chinese Medicine %P 3138-3145 %@ 2166-6059 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/tcm.2024.1311465 %X 目的：基于知识图谱技术，分析1994~2024年中医药抗衰老领域的研究现状、热点和发展趋势，为该领域的未来研究提供参考。方法：以中国知网(CNKI)数据库为文献来源，检索近三十年间发表的关于中医药抗衰老的中文文献，运用CiteSpace软件对发文量、作者合作、高频关键词进行可视化分析。结果：纳入673篇文献，年发文量总体呈现波动上升趋势。赵彩娇、于献春、韩景献等是发文量较高的作者；频次较高的关键词包括衰老、艾灸、中医药等；研究热点主要集中于中医药药理作用及中医疗法抗衰老作用机制研究，以动物实验和分子机制研究为主。结论：目前中医药抗衰老领域存在合作度不足，研究形式单一等情况，应扩大合作网络规模，开展更多形式的高质量研究，发挥传统医药的价值，促进该领域研究进一步发展。
Employing knowledge graph technology, this study endeavors to analyze the current research status, hotspots, and development trends in the field of traditional Chinese medicine for anti-aging from 1994 to 2024, with the aim of providing valuable references for future research endeavors in this domain. Method: Taking the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the source of literature, Chinese literature related to anti-aging in traditional Chinese medicine published over the past three decades was retrieved. Visual analyses of the publication volume, author collaborations, and high-frequency keywords were conducted using CiteSpace software. Results: A total of 673 literatures were included, and the annual publication volume generally exhibited a fluctuating upward trend. Cooperation among institutions was relatively scarce; authors such as Zhao Caijiao, Yu Xianchun, and Han Jingxian had a relatively higher publication volume; frequently occurring keywords included aging, moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine, etc.; the research hotspots mainly centered on the study of the anti-aging mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, primarily based on animal experiments and molecular mechanism studies. Conclusion: At present, in the domain of anti-aging of traditional Chinese medicine, there are circumstances like insufficient collaboration and a single research modality. It is imperative to enlarge the scale of the cooperation network, undertake more forms of high-quality research, exert the value of traditional medicine, and facilitate the further advancement of research in this field. %K 抗衰老， %K 中医药， %K CiteSpace， %K 可视化分析， %K 文献计量学
