%X 在中国情境下,差序式领导的研究受到很多学者的关注与响应。由于文化情境不同,带有特殊文化底蕴的差序式领导对员工和组织会有怎样的影响呢?文章通过溯源差序式领导的相关研究,整理其主要理论基础和测量工具,深入了解差序式领导的内涵,探究差序式领导与部属态度和部属行为之间的关系,较为全面地梳理差序型领导的研究结果,在此基础上讨论差序式领导未来可能的研究方向,以期为未来的实证研究提供一些新的思路。
In the Chinese context, the research on differential leadership has attracted the attention and response of many scholars. Due to different cultural contexts, what impact will differential leadership with special cultural backgrounds have on employees and organizations? This article traces the relevant research on differential leadership, sorts out its main theoretical basis and measurement tools, deeply understands the connotation of differential leadership, explores the relationship between differential leadership and subordinates’ attitudes and subordinates’ behaviors, and comprehensively sorts out the research results of differential leadership. On this basis, it discusses the possible future research directions of differential leadership, in order to provide some new ideas for future empirical research.
