%X 企业是高质量发展的重要基础&#65292;也是推动中国式现代化的生力军。企业家作为微观经济活动主体的组织者&#65292;深刻影响着企业的发展与方向&#65292;企业家精神作为推动企业发展和经济增长的作用也已取得学界的普遍共识。为了探究企业家精神的研究历程&#65292;本文对国内外的经典文献进行了梳理&#65292;并详细阐述了企业家精神的测量方式、影响因素以及其效果。最后&#65292;在整合已有研究的基础上&#65292;提出了未来研究的展望&#65306;完善企业家精神的测量研究、挖掘企业家精神的前因变量以及加强中国式现代化视角下企业家精神的研究。<br>Enterprise is an important foundation for high-quality development, and also a new force to promote Chinese path to modernization. Entrepreneurs, as the organizers of microeconomic activities, profoundly influence the development and direction of enterprises. The role of entrepreneurial spirit in promoting enterprise development and economic growth has also gained widespread consensus in academia. In order to explore the research process of entrepreneurial spirit, this article has sorted out classic literature at home and abroad, and elaborated on the evaluation methods, influencing factors, and effects of entrepreneurial spirit. Finally, on the basis of integrating the existing research, this paper puts forward the prospect of future research: improving the measurement research of entrepreneurship, mining the antecedents of entrepreneurship, and strengthening the research of entrepreneurship from the perspective of Chinese path to modernization.
