%X 随着新时代国家工业化、城镇化的快速发展，尤其是当前农村社会整体加速发展转型，中国山西省地区农村经济社会已呈现出新阶段的发展态势：农村青壮年适龄劳动力大量外流，部分村庄已经出现“人走屋空”这样的“空心化”趋势，导致土地资源及文化流失。村庄“空心化”问题已成为一个普遍关注的社会性问题。本文通过对目前山西省村庄“空心化”背景下乡村治理出现的困境并提出当前实现村庄保持良性发展所需要的治理策略，以期能够为加快整合当地资源、加快推进我国城乡发展一体化、调整产业结构等提供科学依据。
With the rapid development of national industrialization and urbanization in the new era, especially the current overall accelerated development and transformation of rural society, the rural economic society in Shanxi Province, China has shown a development trend in a new stage: a large number of young and middle-aged rural laborers of appropriate age are flowing out. In some villages, there is already a “hollowing out” trend such as “people leave and houses are empty”, resulting in the loss of land resources and culture. The problem of village “hollowing out” has become a social issue of widespread concern. This paper analyzes the difficulties in rural governance under the background of village “hollowing out” in Shanxi Province at present and proposes governance strategies needed for realizing the benign development of villages at present, in order to provide a scientific basis for accelerating the integration of local resources, accelerating the integration of urban and rural development in China, and adjusting the industrial structure.
