%X 衄血分为实、虚证候&#65292;表现为血行不畅、火上冲逆、外渗于经脉。《伤寒杂病论》集理法方药于一身&#65292;素有&#8220;医门圣书&#8221;之称。经方治疗各种疑难杂症有其独到之处&#65292;审查病机疗效显著&#65292;为临床医师所推崇。本文着重论述了经方治疗衄血的代表性方剂&#65292;旨在为临床治疗衄血提供有力借鉴。<br>Epistaxis is divided into two types: real and imaginary, manifesting as unsmooth blood flow, fire upward and reverse, and extravasation in the meridians. <i>Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases</i> is a collection of principles, methods, prescriptions and medicines, and is known as the &#8220;holy book of medicine&#8221;. The treatment of all kinds of difficult and complicated diseases by prescription has its own unique features, the review of the mechanism of disease healing effect is remarkable, for the clinician to promote. This article focuses on the representative formulas of Jing Fang for treating epistaxis, aiming to provide a powerful reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of epistaxis.
