%X 总结1例肛周坏死性筋膜炎(perianal necrotizing fasciitis, PNF)合并肛周脓肿(perianal abscess, PA)伴2型糖尿病(type II diabetes mellitus, T2DM)患者的术后中医护理体会。通过加强患者创面护理、疼痛护理、血糖管理、营养干预及情志护理等措施&#65292;以减少患者术后创面污染、缓解肛周疼痛&#65292;加快术区创面愈合&#65292;防止并发症的产生&#65292;从而促进患者早日康复。<br>To summarise the postoperative Chinese medicine nursing experience of a patient with perianal necrotizing fasciitis (PNF) combined with perianal abscess (PA) with type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM). By strengthening patients trauma care, pain care, blood glucose management, nutritional intervention and emotional care, in order to reduce patients postoperative trauma contamination, alleviate perianal pain, accelerate the healing of trauma in the operated area, prevent complications, and thus promote patients&#8217; early recovery.
