Psychological Capital and Social Support: Their Impact on College Students’ Job Search Efficacy—A Study Based on the Differences between Eastern and Western Universities %A 张卉茹 %J Advances in Psychology %P 435-442 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ap.2024.1411812 %X 为了探讨心理资本、社会支持与大学生择业效能感的关系,采用《大学生积极心理资本问卷》《社会支持量表》和《择业效能感问卷》对472名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明:大学生的心理资本、择业效能感在地域(东西部)存在差异;大学生心理资本、社会支持与择业效能感均具有明显的正相关关系,而且心理资本起到部分中介作用。因此,可以通过提升大学生的心理资本和社会支持来增强大学生的择业效能感。
To explore the relationship between psychological capital, social support and job-seeking efficacy of college students, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 472 college students using the “College Students’ Positive Psychological Capital Scale”, “Social Support Scale”, and “Job-Seeking Efficacy Scale”. The results showed that there was a difference in psychological capital and job-seeking efficacy of college students between the East and West; psychological capital, social support, and job-seeking efficacy of college students had a significant positive correlation, and psychological capital played a partial mediating role. Therefore, it is possible to enhance the job-seeking efficacy of college students by improving their psychological capital and social support. %K 择业效能感, %K 大学生, %K 心理资本, %K 社会支持
