%X 乡村治理法治化是新时代全面依法治国的应有之义&#65292;保障乡村振兴战略的进一步实施&#65292;为乡村治理现代化提供法治之基。&#8220;法&#65292;治之端也&#8221;。本文通过梳理我国乡村治理法治化历史变革&#65292;更进一步分析当前体系面临着立法工作相对滞后、行政执法不严、司法和法律服务相对欠缺、村民法治意识较为淡薄等现实困境&#65292;探寻更有现实价值的新时代乡村治理法治化秩序。<br>The rule of law in rural governance is the proper meaning of comprehensive law-based governance in the new era, which ensures the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and provides the basis of the rule of law for the modernization of rural governance. &#8220;The law is the end of the rule&#8221;. By combing the historical changes of the rule of law in rural governance in China, this paper further analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the current system, such as the relative lag of legislative work, the lack of strict administrative law enforcement, the relative lack of judicial and legal services, and the weak awareness of the rule of law among villagers, and explores the more realistic value of the rule of law order of rural governance in the new era.
