%X 未成年人犯罪记录封存制度在我国未成年人司法保护体系中占据着举足轻重的地位，其核心目的在于保护未成年人的隐私权，同时为其未来发展铺设积极道路。本文首先深入剖析了未成年人犯罪记录封存制度的本质内涵及其在社会、法律层面的重要价值。随后，文章详细阐述了该制度的实施现状，并对其主要内容进行了系统梳理。在此基础上，本文进一步揭示了在实际操作中该制度面临的一系列问题与挑战。最后，针对这些问题，文章提出要明确界定立法规定、强化执行与监督机制、加强信息安全防护和加强宣传教育工作，通过这些具有前瞻性和可行性的思考与建议，旨在为未成年人犯罪记录封存制度的完善与发展提供有益参考。
The system of sealing criminal records of minors occupies a pivotal position in China’s judicial protection system for minors, and its core purpose is to protect minors’ right to privacy, and at the same time pave a positive path for their future development. This article firstly analyses the essence of the juvenile criminal record sealing system and its important value in the social and legal level. Subsequently, the article elaborates on the implementation status of the system, and systematically combs through its main content. On this basis, the article further reveals a series of problems and challenges faced by the system in practice. Finally, in response to these problems, the article proposes to clearly define the legislative provisions, strengthen the implementation and supervision mechanism, enhance the information security protection and strengthen the publicity and education, and through these forward-looking and feasible thoughts and suggestions, it aims to provide a useful reference for the improvement and development of the system of sealing the criminal records of minors.
