%X 当前&#65292;生成式人工智能的发展引发了人工智能生成内容著作权保护的讨论。人工智能利用先进的神经网络深度学习技术&#65292;在文学、艺术和科学创作等领域生成的作品在外观上与人类创作的作品几乎无异。人工智能的革命性变革给现行的著作权法律带来了新的挑战。文章阐述人工智能生成内容引发著作权相关背景&#65292;从生成式人工智能的作品属性问题、作者身份以及著作权归属问题进行人工智能生成内容著作权保护的探析。<br>Currently, the development of generative artificial intelligence has triggered a discussion on the copyright protection of AI-generated content. Artificial intelligence utilizes advanced neural network deep learning technology to generate works in the fields of literature, art and scientific creation that are virtually indistinguishable in appearance from works created by humans. The revolu-tionary changes of artificial intelligence have brought new challenges to the existing copyright laws. The article describes the background of AI-generated content that triggers copyright, and explores the copyright protection of AI-generated content in terms of the issues of the attributes of works, authorship, and copyright attribution of generative AI.
