Nocturnal enuresis and frequent urination in children are common pediatric diseases, collectively referred to as “bladder fluid leakage” by Professor Chang Ke. Given that ancient and modern medical practitioners often treat such diseases from the perspective of kidney dysfunction, Professor Chang Ke proposes a treatment principle of “treating the lower body by addressing the upper body,” based on a combination of classical theories and clinical experience. This approach involves addressing bladder fluid leakage from the perspectives of lung stagnation and brain blockage, the special connection between the heart and bladder, as well as spleen deficiency and liver stagnation. A case study is provided for reference. %K 常克, %K 尿频, %K 遗尿, %K 膀胱, %K 心, %K 肺, %K 脑, %K 脾, %K 肝
